Innovations Implementation Foreign Experience Review in the Services Field of the Food Industry

Abstract:

The article concerns the use of innovative technologies in service activities at catering enterprises. Authors studied the possibilities of its active implementation and the role of new technologies in the creation of modern services that effectively affect the competitiveness of the entire food industry. There is a discussion of motivation and treatment purpose of public catering enterprises in the development and innovations implementation. The article lists the directions of innovative activities in the sector of restaurant services. There is an experience analysis of innovative service in the sphere of restaurant business in Russia and abroad. So there is a need for continuous improvement of existing types and directions of service activities, development of new service products, active acquaintance and introduction of world achievements and innovations in the organization of services and forms of customer service. Researchers notes that the success of the restaurant service and its competitiveness depend on the market needs and the effective use of innovative development strategies.
