Nutrition Evolution and Nutriom Formation of the Modern Human

Abstract:

The author considers the historical layer of the living matter development that is important in understanding the evolution, the nutrition philosophy as a whole, and the priority development areas of the modern nutritional science. He determines the nutrition problems, ways of its correction in the nutrition value optimization. The focus is on the specialized products including biologically active additives. As a formula for optimal nutrition the author introduces the nutrioma concept that is a logical concept development of the balanced diet concept of the Academician A.A. Pokrovskiy. As the main research vector the author considers the food influence on the ontogenetic development of single and multicellular organisms including aging processes with decoding of transmission and food signals coding within the framework of intracellular metabolic processes and the human body as a whole. The researcher specifies the food and alien substances role in the mechanism of optimal pre- and postnatal man development. The methodological platform for such studies is the formation of a new scientific field the pharmacointraciology focused on integrating the ancient Eastern and modern medicine achievements. The results of the food influence on metabolic processes, and the accumulated practical experience in the nutritional science allowed to determine the food formula of the 21st century for solving optimizing nutrition problems, preserving health and working capacity.
