Formulations and Technology of Pectin-Containing Drinks Based on Honeysuckle

Abstract:
Solution to the optimization diet issue for people exposed to harmful production factors has a priority importance in the possible metabolic disorders prevention and is one of the most important social tasks of the state. Among the natural intestinal sorbents, pectin and some berries, honeysuckle particularly, obtain synergistic sorption properties related to the industrial xenobiotic detoxification, and merit attention. The research aim is to develop a recipe, study the commodity characteristics and effectiveness of new specialized drinks based on a new type of pectin and honeysuckle for therapeutic and preventive nutrition of workers in mining and rubber industries. Considering the functional properties of the initial ingredients, a man justifies the compound composition of therapeutic and prophylactic drinks based on polysorbovite and honeysuckle, providing the specified consumer properties, and preventive effect in relation to xenobiotics confirmed by clinical trials. The researchers regulated determined nutritional value indicators of the developed beverages.
