The New Approach to the Technological Parameters Rationalization of the Heat-Exchange Equipment

Abstract:

The scientific paper reveals the generalized efficiency pattern of the outer jacket sealing procedure. Blowing procedure necessity of the steamer outer jacket sealing is determined. The air presence in the device outer jacket is shown to lead to the increase in the steamer heating process duration, the rise of the device heatloss and the microclimate deterioration in the steamer service zone. Provided data are illustrated by the graphical device blowing period dependences on the steamer heating time and air concentration in the outer jacket purge duration. Mechanical and electromechanical devices model of the automatic outer jacket sealing as one of the methods to remove air from the outer jacket steamer is provided. Operating and maintaining peculiarities for such devices and its electric circuits are scrutinized. The perspective model of the steamer outer jacket with the fixed elastic membrane in it that divides the heating steam from the air is given. New technical solution allows to keep the intermediate heat carrier in the steam generator, thereby excepting heat losses with the steam emission to the environment, to eliminate corrosion of the outer jacket assembly that doesn’t contact with the heating steam, to provide a lack of the scaling on the heater surface, to increase device service lifetime. The solution doesn't require the double safety valve installation. The use of sealing automatic devices allows to reduce the device heat duration period by 3-5%, to reduce its heat losses by 15%, to improve staff operating conditions are determined.
