New Approaches to the Effective Technologies Development of the Livestock Raw Materials Manufacturing and Increase In Biological Value of the Foodstuff Produced From It

Abstract:

The article contains the main results of the work performed under the grant RSF No 15-16-10000. The scientists justified and experimentally concerned new highly effective methods of the biological value increase in animal raw materials and its products through the introduction of modern molecular genetic techniques, biotechnology methods of increase in productive effect of fodder for agricultural animals, as well as innovative technologies of animal products processing. The authors displayed the analysis results of the SNP-genes and the allelic and genotypes frequency for RORC, bGH, bGHR, LEP, LEPR genes, defined complex genotypes. They run the comparative analysis of gene pools of the cattle breeds of different productivity cultivated in Russia based on the ISSR data analysis; evaluated the contribution of each fragment to the overall variability of three cattle breeds distinguished by the economic type use. The researchers proved the information about the effectiveness confirmation of the breeding value calculating use in the swine rearing system on the molecular genetic tests basis of the DNA markers of the fattening and meat production. The authors suggested feeding methods for the productive animals; revealed studies results of the heavy metals content monitoring in beekeeping products in regions with different environmental conditions.
