Efficiency Development and Evaluation of the Integrated Management System While Specialized Products Manufacturing

Abstract:

The article considered the development issues of an integrated Management System and its role in ensuring the quality and safety stability of the specialized products, including those of preventive purposes. The authors determined the most acceptable variant of domestic and foreign standards that allowed to create and implement an integrated Management System at the enterprises of the company “Altayvitaminy” producing the following group of foodstuffs; paid the particular attention to the HACCP principles and the recommendations of the Alimentarius Codex Commission; considered the identified business processes, priority sections of the work to be integrated, general requirements

and provisions of the integrated quality and safety system; developed the program of mandatory and preliminary activities based on the proper production and hygiene practices; made the analysis of the integration areas that became the basis for composition determining of the developed System elements and requirements for the applied standards; presented the integrated Quality and Safety System model based on the concept of “Plan-Do-Check-Act”, approbated quality and safety systems at Altayvitaminy enterprises along with GMP rules. The risk assessment allowed to identify possible potential hazards, as well as additional measures to reduce these risks occurrence. The authors showed the developed system implementation efficiency by revealing inconsistencies on the enterprise departments which decreased by 34%.
